Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé Champagne 2013 Vintage 75cl Gift Box
Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne Rosé 2013 Vintage has an intense, generous bouquet with predominant aromas of figs, raspberries and wild strawberries. An immense wine with great finesse with dried fruits, fresh almonds and frangipane, to notes of Tarte Tatin, oven-baked apples and caramel. In tastings, the wine is soft and silky on the palate with a marvellous harmony of flavour and concentration of fruit. A succession of the Cristal Rosé red fruit flavours lead to a lingering finish. It is soft and fresh, and distinguished by its silky elegance.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
2013 was characterised by an unusually dry, cool summer with these lower temperatures undoubtedly making their mark on the vintage giving it remarkable intense and saline freshness.
This rose has a beautiful bright pink hue with delicate salmon-pink tints and a soft, even sparkle. On the nose, this Champagne is subtle with elegant aromas of flower petals and dried fruits and nuts, zesty notes and red fruits. The palate has a juicy, fleshy attack underpinned by intense freshness leading to an explosion of rich, fresh flavours with a full mouth-feel and notes of hazelnut.
Delicious with seafood, especially lobster and beluga caviar. Also perfect with foie gras, seared salmon or poached sea trout.
