The effects of climate change and the increased importance of practising sustainable viticulture have shaped the style of this Champagne. The creation of Collection values the environment in order to wholly expose the characteristics of the terroir. Initially notes of zesty citrus fruits, acacia blossom and white peach. Followed by toasted nuts adding an attractive softness to the blend and some smoky notes. The finish brings forward baked apples, hazelnuts and ripe red fruits.
