La Crema Monterey Pinot Noir Red Wine 2019 California 75cl
La Crema Monterey Pinot Noir comes from several vineyards in one of the windiest cool-climate coastal regions in California. The low temperatures and windy conditions allow slow ripening and extended hang-time, resulting in a pinot noir with juicy acidity, tart red fruit and a slightly earthy note. Traditional vinification is carried out in open-top fermenters, with punch downs three times a day. Maturation lasts 8 months in mostly old French oak barriques.
