The is Jacquesson Cuvee 739 Degorgement Tardif is produced from 57% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir and Meunier 22% souced from Premier Cru and Grand Cru. The wines are aged separated for at least eight years in large oak barrels adding fine complex layer of flavour and texture.
Jacquesson was founded in 1798 by Memmie Jacquesson based in Dizy, Jacquesson Champagne was a favourite of Napoleon who presented to the house a gold medal for its fine cellars.
