Ish London Dry Gin 70cl is a traditional style of gin, but with a twist: an extra shot of juniper.
Ish is a perfectly balanced recipe that provides a distinctive taste profile without any added infusions or flavours. Distilled five times the English spirit is used along with 12 botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed and angelica root blended with almond, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia, liquorice, lemon peal and orange peal. Intense juniper on the nose is rounded by earthy coriander with hints of citrus.
On the palate an initial sweetness from the orange is followed by a complex harmony of flavours. A very British gin made for real Gin & Tonics and Dry Martinis
