Herno Old Tom Gin 50cl
Herno Old Tom Gin 50cl is a classically sweet Old Tom Gin, made in the first dedicated gin distillery in Sweden. Using the same organic botanicals as the Herno Dry Gin, Herno have dialled up the amount of meadowsweet used and once distilled, they have added a touch of honey and sugar, giving it the delicious sweet element you look for in a traditional Old Tom Gin.

The cat on the label of the Herno Old Tom Gin bottle symbolises how Old Tom Gin got its name. Legend has it, in 18th century England, gin was outlawed and therefore a black wooden cat was placed outside of pubs to both buy and serve the illegal beverage. Apparently, when a penny was placed inside of the cats mouth, the gin was served by the bartender in the pub through a tube hidden in one of the paws.
