The Gratiot-Pillière Brut Tradition NV is an award-winning Champagne, delicate and silky with a creamy finish. The Gratiot-Pillière estate is located on the southern slopes of the Valley of the Marne, between Charly-sur-Marne and Chateau Thierry. The Brut Tradition is composed of 68% Meunier, 28% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir, that are all fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by a Malo-Lactic fermentation.
