Ayala Brut Majeur NV Champagne 75cl

Ayala Champagne's award winning Brut Majeur Non Vintage Champagne has a dosage of 9 grams per litre, this Champagne reveals the delicate nuances of the aromas and the bouquet. Light gold in colour, with a delicate mousse. The nose unveils expressive notes of citrus, florals and white fruits. Well balanced with a delicate complexity, Chardonnay adds a lively, fresh fruitiness on the palate, whilst Pinot Noir gives the wine richness and length. 

On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. Pinot Noir grapes gives the wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Côte des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.

A firm, chalky edge to this mineral Champagne, mouth-watering flavours of candied lemon peel, green apple, crystallized honey and biscuit. This has an elegant texture and an overall sense of style. Drink now through 2020.
