The Gonzalez Byass Leonor Palo Cortado has been aged for over 12 years in the American oak casks. The Palomino Fino grapes used in the Leonor are partially hand-harvested and, as for all González Byass Sherries, cultivated a 100% in the declared Jerez Superior area. Serve well chilled in a small white wine glass.
