Edmond Briottet Menthe Blanc 70cl
The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
Briottet's Peppermint Liqueur is produced by distilling mint leaves - mainly peppermint leaves - and then adding some fine sugar. It is pure, well-balanced and very refreshing that gives off a wonderful scent.
