Edmond Briottet Creme De Framboise 70cl
The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
The Raspberry Cream 18%, is made by macerating raspberries. The raspberries are soaked in a water-alcohol solution for a minimum period of two months. This enables all the finesse of the small berries to be extracted. The white sugar is then added to the infusion obtained and the elegant Raspberry Cream is the result.
