The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
The Creme de Banane is made using banana juice. The Banana Cream (25% alcohol content) brings out all the aromatic powers of this fruit from the Caribbean and is ideal for use in cocktails.
