Domaine Chanson Pouilly Fuisse 2017 75cl
Pouilly Fuisse is a village of the Maconnais area located at the South of Burgundy region. This site is on a soil of Clay and limestone which helps to make a very tense Chardonnay wine with citrus aroma and a well balanced acidity. The colour is a pale yellow with very fresh aromas of white stone fruits and almond with a delicate minerality. The structure is well balanced with an intense texture and an intense acidity with generous finish. Can easily be paired with fish, cooked pork meat, charcuterie, white meat and some goat cheeses.
