Plénitude 2 is an expansion of Dom Pérignon's energy and elevates the infamous expression to new heights while offering extended longevity.
Dom Pérignon is always a vintage Champagne and can only be produced from the grapes of a single year. From each vintage harvest, a limited number of bottles are set aside in the House's cellars to allow for longer maturation. After nearly 15 years, the expansion of the Champagne's energy hits its peak and the radiant vitality is intensified.

"The 2004 Dom Pérignon P2 is drinking beautifully on release, wafting from the glass with aromas of sweet orchard fruit, fresh peach, pastry cream, buttered toast and cotton candy that display a less reductive profile than the original disgorgement. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and charming, with an ample, enveloping core of fruit, succulent acids and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a long, sapid finish. Forward and giving, there's no obvious reason to defer gratification. Drink now through 2035." 95 Points - William Kelley, robertparker.com
"Delivers mandarin orange, ripe cherry, raspberry and apricot fruit notes, which are an exuberant burst of flavor at the entry point of this otherwise refined and subtle Champagne. The expressive fruit is joined on the lacy mousse by toast, pastry cream, Earl Grey tea leaf and an underpinning of minerally chalk and smoke. Lithe and graceful on the palate, but with a dancer's sense of restrained power. Drink now through 2037." 97 Points - Alison Najpus, winespectator.com
"Very deep straw. Lime syrup on the nose followed up with a savoury note. Then on the palate it’s very Dom P with that winning creamy lemon-sherbet character on the palate. Big and round and yet with a flirtatious kick on the end. Long with some chewiness. A serious wine that's very easy to like. Drink 2022–2028." 18/20 - Jancis Robinson MW, jancisrobinson.com

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
2004 was an excellent vintage which produced classic, refined vintage champagnes. A cool, drab early spring meant a slow start, but things brightened up and some excellent weather allowed healthy growth. Rain and cooler than usual weather arrived in August, but then some fine weather in September ensured good ripeness, with the right amount of rain to keep vines hydrated. The nights were cool, helping retention of acidity in the grapes. The harvest was slightly late, but generous in yield and high in quality.
This Champagne offers a precise and harmonious movement with a softness that is both persistent and tenuous. Profound, delicate, and rich in expertise, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 Plénitude P2 is a celebration of interior joy, both structured and tender.
