Diplomatico Ambassador is an exquisite rum crafted from the best rums of the distillery. It has been aged in white oak barrels for at least twelve years until optimum maturity is reached. After this, the rums are finished for two additional years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks contributing to this rum's complex sensory profile. Diplomatico Ambassador is bottled directly from the barrel in order to preserve the full expression of its organoleptic properties.
