Denbies Classic Collection Rose Hill is a full flavoured rosé crafted from Dornfelder and Pinot Noir. The individual varieties were gently pressed to achieve an elegant pink hue and fermentation was stopped before completion in order to savour some of the natural sweetness from the fruit.
