The Denbies Classic Collection Surrey Gold is created from three grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Ortega and Bacchus grown in the rolling Surry hills. The grape are fermented separately at low temperates to retain maximum fruit characteristics. With a residual sugar level of 16 g/l this is a medium-dry in style.
