Filled with aromas of vanilla, peat and smoke. The palate has a creamy texture with layers of orchard fruits, honey and warming spice on the finish.
The Cotswolds Distillery, which opened in 2014, is one of the few distilleries that produce English whisky. Harry Cockburn and Dr. Jim Swan were instrumental in the distillery's early development. Production began on September 5th 2014 and the first cask of single malt whisky was filled on September 22nd, 2014. The distillery, which is surrounded by magnificent barley fields, creates a very fruity whisky with faint peat notes in its Peated Cask expression.
