Copenhagen Organic Sparkling Tea Lysegrøn 0% ABV 75cl l has complex aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality and apples. The taste is lively and elegant with hints of lemon grass, Earl Green Sencha and orange peel. It has remarkable layers and a long-lasting note of Darjeeling and green apples on the finish. 

Sencha tea is harvested in the spring in China's Zhejiang Province, which is considered to be the home of green tea. Sencha translates to "Roasted Tea" from Japanese and is the most popular type of green tea consumed in Japan. It is considered to be one of the most aromatic and delicious of all green tea on the market. Sencha is a very mild tea, whose beautiful and secluded grown leaves yield an especially refreshing and crisp flavour. It has a delicate and sweet aroma that leaves a lively note.

A new venture to the market, the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, was founded in 2017 by Jacob Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen combining Nordic innovation and Asian tea traditions. They use a range of 13 different teas, all specially selected for their unique qualities from the delicate flavours of white teas to the deep intensity of black tea.
