Chablis 1er Cru Montmains Domaine Tremblay 2018 is a premium white wine hailing from the Burgundy region of France. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Montmains premier cru vineyard, this wine is a testament to the excellence of French winemaking.
This Chablis comes from 1.5 hectares of vines so is exclusive in its production and the vineyard itself works with gravity, meaning they don’t jeopardise the grapes by using pumps, which further adds to the quality craftsmanship.
The wine is mostly aged in stainless tanks but 20% is aged in oak barrels, which makes for a subtle oak influence and adds to the rich structure.
