Casarena Lauren's Vineyard is 100% Cabernet Franc from a single vineyard. Award-winning winemakers: Bernardo Bossi Bonilla & Alejandro Sejanovich selected a parcel chosen for low yields and outstanding quality in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina.
The grapes go through a double manual selection of clusters and grains. After careful destemming, the fruit undergoes cold fermentation to whole grain. To ensure maximum aromatic expression, natural alcoholic fermentation begins at low temperatures. In the barrel, the wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and is clarified naturally.
With a careful and delicate vinification process and the viticulture of clay soils and stones, brings a result of a delicate wine with a strong structure and very intense black fruit flavours. Subtly Powerful.

Grape: Cabernet Franc
