Bolney Estate Bacchus White Wine 2019 England 75cl
This refreshing Bacchus from Bolney Estate is dry and floral with a long, fruit-driven finish. The majority of the fruit was crush-destemmed which gives the wine notes of lime, elderflower and freshly cut grass.
The Bolney Wine Estate was established in 1972 when three acres of vines were planted to create what was then only the sixth commercial vineyard in England. Today, the Bolney Estate has grown to 15.8 hectares, and a state-of-the-art winery was added in 2005. In 2012, the Bolney Wine Estate won the UK wine producer of the year in the International Wine and Spirit Competition.

Grape: Bacchus
A fragrant wine with notes of gooseberry, capsicum, and green fruit on the nose. Fresh fruit flavours are present throughout the palate and develop into a deep, long finish with a hint of spice. The body of the wine is salivating and expressive.
