The palate is complex due to the years of lees ageing, adding a very slight hint of spice to the finish. This wine is well-balanced with clean acidity a slight sweetness providing an overall rounded mouth-feel. Delicious for summer drinking with an aperitif yet also perfect with a lightly spiced autumnal dish.
