Bolney Estate Eighteen Acre Rose English Sparkling Wine is a medium-dry Rose with a vibrant, deep pink colour, an elegant mousse and soft red fruit aromas. The palate is complex due to the years of lees ageing, adding a very slight hint of spice to the finish. This wine is well-balanced with clean acidity a slight sweetness providing an overall rounded mouth-feel. Delicious for summer drinking with an aperitif yet also perfect with a lightly spiced autumnal dish.

Grape: Pinot Noir
This English Sparkling Wine has an expressive nose of bright, red fruits such as strawberries and ripe cherries. These aromas then continue through to the palate with a clean acidity and slight sweetness leading to hints of spice on the finish.
A perfect aperitif or delicious with summer fruit-led desserts, grilled barbeque meats or an autumnal spiced pumpkin soup.
