Aviation Gin is the new, batch-distilled U.S gin created by bartender Ryan Magarian and Distillers Lee Medoff and Christian Krogstad. US actor Ryan Reynolds has also bought a stake in the business so he could easily find his favourite, smooth gin. Aviation Gin belongs to an entirely new category of dry gins. It embodies a shift away from the usual overabundance of juniper, toward a more forward balance of botanicals.

This gin explores the rich, floral and savoury notes of lavender, cardamom, sarsaparilla, coriander, Lavender, Anise and orange peel to capture the spice, creativity, and freshness of the Northwest Pacific. Produced in this manner, Aviation offers the American palate its first real taste of American gin.
