Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Sake 30cl uses only the top grade of the most highly prized Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo - an area renowned for fine sake rice. The rice is polished until 40% of the grain remains and then it is a two-month process of nurturing the Sake to completion.
