Chase, 'Jolie' 2018 Côtes de Provence Rosé 75cl
Williams Chase Jolie en Provence Rose Wine 2018 75cl is a traditional style Rose from the Cotes de Provence region in Southern France. 'Jolie' meaning 'Pretty One' is created using Syrah and Cinsault grapes that are hand-harvested from a small parcel of 45-year-old vines at Domaine Chase. Controlled malolactic fermentation enhances the complexity of the wine both in flavour and texture. Bottling takes place after 10 months of ageing on-site at the Domaine.

The wine exudes fresh fruit notes of peaches and orange peel, twinned with an alluring aroma of sandalwood. This depth of flavour is complemented by an opulent buttery texture and harmonised with hallmark provencal acidity as it leads to a moreish nutty finish.
Nestled in the heart of the South of France, Domaine Chase spans over 20 hectares of vines from the prestigious appellations of the Coteaux Varois en Provence and the Cotes de Provence.
