Chase, 'Jolie' 2018 Côtes de Provence Rosé 75cl
Williams Chase Jolie en Provence Rose Wine 2018 75cl is a traditional style Rose from the Cotes de Provence region in Southern France. 'Jolie' meaning 'Pretty One' is created using Syrah and Cinsault grapes that are hand-harvested from a small parcel of 45-year-old vines at Domaine Chase. Controlled malolactic fermentation enhances the complexity of the wine both in flavour and texture. Bottling takes place after 10 months of ageing on-site at the Domaine.
