A bright, dry and spirited single variety rosé made from Tempranillo, in D.O. Somontano, Spain. The Viñas Del Vero Rosado is made through cold maceration and the bleeding method also know as Saignée, this involves “bleeding” off a part of red wine juice after it’s been in contact with the skins and seeds. This method imparts bolder flavours than other rosés making this a perfect food wine.
