The Somerset Pomona is a secret blend of juice and Somerset Cider Brandy matured together in oak barrels for two years. This particular liqueur is fuller bodied and drier over others from the range with a smooth butterscotch finish.
It is recommended that this should be drank after dinner like a port with a good cheddar cheese.
Somerset Pomona is recommended by many of the West's best cheddar producers to be served with their products. It is even now stocked in Noma, Copenhagen, which is ranked as the number one restaurant in the world.
