The Pierre Gimonnet et Fils Cuvee Rose de Blancs is the first Rose from the Champagne house Pierre Gimonnet, which has always previously been exclusively making Blanc de Blancs Champagnes. First brought to the market in 2012 and maintains the house style of purity, freshness and elegance.
In the blend 92 to 95% of the grapes used are Chardonnay with the remainder being 5 to 8% Pinot Noir, these grapes have been meticulously picked from1 Premier Cru and 4 Grand Cru vineyards.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
On the nose, there are aromas of soft red fruits and brioche and on the palate, the Chardonnay comes through which its fresh, creamy notes of blood oranges, strawberries, almonds and a mineral finish.
This Champagne is delicious with summer berry desserts but is also bold enough to be paired with cured meats and fish.
