Pewsey Valley is a specialist single site, single varietal vineyard focused on creating beautiful Rieslings such as this, which is a classic example of a dry Eden Valley Riesling showing the generous flavour seen consistently from this vineyard every year.
Vines were first planted in Pewsey Vale in 1847 by Joseph Gilbert, son of a British landowner from the Vale of Pewsey and today the iconic vineyard is looked after by the Hill-Smith family who after purchasing the property in 1970 have shifted the focus to the beauty and diversity of Riesling.

Grape: Riesling
Floral and fine dried herbs accompany the citrus lemon and lime aromas. The palate has fantastic depth with grapefruit and lime alongside fresh rosemary and white pepper. A beautiful natural acidity to the finish to balance the flavour intensity.
Great with seafood such as fresh oysters or scallops or even try with aromatic spiced Thai dishes.
