Pale Fox Single Estate Prosecco Superiore DOCG 75cl has earned the name 'The World's Finest Prosecco' as the brand aims to elevate Prosecco to new levels of complexity and sophistication. Produced in the foothills of the Alps in the DOCG region of Asolo-Montello where sumptuous Glera grapes grow and create exceptional, delicate sparkling wines.
In 2018, two English wine enthusiasts tasted this Prosecco for the first time and were in true awe of its minerality, structure and complexity and therefore decided to introduce the wine to the world and name it Pale Fox in honour of its birthplace, the 'Valle delle Volpi' or 'Valley of the Foxes'.
Pale Fox is 100% plant-based, sustainable and contains only a very small amount of sulphites making this a natural, vegan and conscious wine.
