M. Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Bernadine 2019 75cl
Chateauneuf-du Pape La Bernardine is part of the Chapoutier family tradition since 1808. The vinification of the three grapes, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, is carried out in the traditional way in concrete tanks following a fermentation of three weeks on a high temperature to make sure that both tannin and colour are well expressed and enhanced.
