Grape: Nebbiolo
In its youth, a bold tannic structure that is built around intense fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant and baked plums. On the palate, tertiary characters of leather, blackberry leaf, dark chocolate, liquorice and violet.
This wine will stand up to many bold flavours especially feathered game such as partridge, pheasant and wild duck.
