Leclerc Briant Cuvée Abyss Brut 2017 Vintage Champagne 75cl
Leclerc Briant Cuvée Abyss Brut 2017 Vintage Champagne 75cl has been immersed underwater for 12 months to complete the ageing process resulting in a wine that carries the distinct air of the sea. The palate confirms the quality of this champagne's origins and reflects the mineral, iodized character of the terroir.
The bottle is presented as it was when removed from the sea, covered in evidence of it's time immersed.
The House pride themselves on their organic and biodynamic techniques in both the vineyard and the winery which is strikingly modern in style and has a monastic ambience set in the heart of Epernay. The chalk cellars hold the House's precious bottles, 35m below the surface where they age for many years and develop the characteristics that are so evident in the resulting wines.
