Lanson le Rosé Label has a beautiful pure colour with pale salmon touches and aromas of roses and fruit predominate, with discrete notes of red berries. On the palate the initial impression is tender, well-rounded and fresh. This wine has harmonious balance and good length on the finish.
Salmon mi cuit in sesame crust and small fennel. Tuna tataki with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi. Strawberries with cream.
