An immaculate sparkling wine that has been produced from whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir grapes and naturally settled for 12 - 36 hours. The wine also undergoes a minimum of 27 months lees ageing. The Gusbourne vineyards are located on South facing ancient escarpments in Appledore, Kent and near Goodwood in West Sussex.
