Edmond Briottet Crème de Mûre 70cl
The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed -- a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.
To make the Blackberry Cream, Briottet use an ultra-high quality natural flavouring, which comes from blackberries. Then they add anthocyanins (which are found in grape skin) to the cream, in order to confer on it its intense colour.
