Domaine Metrat Fleurie La Roilette Vieilles Vignes 2019 Red Wine 75cl is a stunning Beaujolais from the prominent region of "La Roilette" created by head winemaker Bernard Metrat. Although the vineyards are not certified organic many sustainable practices are followed including picking and pruning by hand and only treating when required. The ‘La Roilette’ is a great reflection of the red granite soils Beaujolais is renowned for, full of minerality and depth.
