DOM PERIGNON'S WINEMAKER

Vincent Chaperon has been working closely with Dom Pérignon since 2005, taking part in 13 harvests and declaring four vintages. Born into a winemaking family in Bordeaux, France, as young as eight years old, his grandfather regaled him with fascinating tales of the vineyards.

“It’s not about putting your signature on something,” says Chaperon. “I decided to take this position because I knew that I would be happy all of my life working, discovering, experiencing, living Dom Pérignon.”

Made from only the best grapes, Dom Pérignon's commitment to vintages is absolute. Each Vintage wine is created from the best grapes grown in one single year - a true challenge for a unique interpretation of the seasons, and for reinvention.

The latest Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 stands out with its soothing strength and striking tactile presence during tasting. Initially dark and enigmatic, this vintage wine reveals a texture that leaves an incomparable impression, offering a unique sensory experience, an 'unwavering presence.'
