This year Christmas Eve falls on Sunday 24th & Christmas Day on Monday 25th December.

New Year's Day falls on Monday 1st January 2024.

We sincerely apologise for the delays you may have experienced recently regarding some pre-Christmas orders and any delay in reponse from Customer Services via the phone or via email. At a time where volume of orders are expected to increase, we have unfortunately experienced delays from suppliers and also have had a reduced team in our Customer services office.

If you have already sent an email to us, please be assured we have your email and will be responding as quickly as we can in order to fully assist you and solve your request.

New Years 'Order by' Info:

Thursday 28th December - before 4pm - Last day DPD Courier guarantees pre-New Year's Eve delivery as soon as Friday 29th
Friday 29th December - before 4pm - Next Day Option GB Delivery as soon as Tuesday 2nd January 
Friday 29th December - before 4pm - Saturday Option GB Delivery as soon as Saturday 29th December

**DPD Update 20.12.23 from Wednesday 20th December, all orders now subject to additional delivery day/s to complete delivery.

Orders

As a 'signed-for' (photo) delivery, if your order is a gift, please make sure your recipient is in and available to sign for and accept your gift at the Delivery Address to avoid it being returned back to The Champagne Company.

You can make any amends to your delivery directly with DPD ie request to leave with a neighbour to help ensure a successful delivery; you can do this via the DPD local APP or in response to the text notification or email notification.

Christmas 2023 and NY Opening Hours:

Customer Services will be available to respond to queries by phone or email on normal business days i.e. excluding weekends and the following bank holidays:

25th Monday December - Bank Holiday (Closed)

26th Tuesday December - Bank Holiday (Closed)

27th Wednesday to Friday 29th December - Open as Normal

1st January - Bank Holiday (Closed)

2nd January - Open as Normal

Orders may be placed as normal and will be processed according to the courier services available and delivery selected and on the first business day after Christmas which is Wednesday 27th December, and 2nd January after New Year. Orders will then be processed and delivered according to the delivery service selected.
