Chase Williams GB Gin Miniature 5cl
Williams Chase GB Gin is unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled. The GB Gin is made from the same cider apples grown on the family farm in Herefordshire to produce Naked Chase vodka, which is then infused with 10 of Chases finest botanicals.
The nose provides aromas of dry juniper (from the juniper buds) with zesty citrus and some warm spicy notes.

As well as juniper berries, buds are also used to ensure the gin is as dry as possible. Other key botanicals include cinnamon, nutmeg ginger, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon. This leaves you with a distinct and robust gin that works perfectly in a martini with a slice of apple.
