The Cattier Brut Antique Premier Cru is a rich and elegant prestige Champagne comprised of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from premier cru vineyards. The Champagne undergoes at least 48 months of lees ageing, imparting a smooth and complex texture with great length and poise. The Cattier family established vines in the picturesque village of Chigny-les-Roses in 1625, releasing their first Champagne onto the market in 1918.
