Bollinger Champagne Non Vintage Rosé Champagne is a special non-vintage Rosé and is the first champagne to come from Bollinger in more than 30 years. The new bottle shape was inspired by a 19th-century bottle in Bollinger's Cellars.
During the Seventies, the Bollinger La Grande Annee Rosé was introduced and now the Rosé non-vintage. This non-vintage model has been modelled on its Special Cuvée blend, combining the fruits of previous harvests with reserve wines from their cellars in Ay, with the final component, which provides the pink colour and delicate aromas, a proportion of still red that comes from Bollinger's very own Grand Cru vineyards. 62 % Pinot Noir 24% Chardonnay 14% Meunier with aromas of summer berries and spice.
