Boizel Brut Réserve NV Champagne Magnum 150cl
The Boizel Brut Réserve is an elegant and expressive Non-Vintage Champagne perfect for any occasion or celebration. The dominant grape in the blend is Pinot Noir making up around 55% of the final blend with 30% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Approximately 30 of the finest Champagne Crus are chosen and only juice from the first press is used to create this stunning Champagne. The still wines from the most current vintage are combined with around 30% of reserve wines kept for the last two harvests to ensure a consistent house style.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Luminescent gold with fine streams of bubbles. On the nose floral aromas of honeysuckle with stone fruits, lemon peel and pear. The palate is balanced with notes of brioche and honey. The finish is creamy and persistent.
Serve with traditional fish and chips or fresh seafood is always a good idea for Non Vintage Champagnes.
