AR Lenoble Intense Brut NV Champagne 75cl
AR Lenoble Intense is an elegant champagne blended from the three traditional champagne grape varieties, with 20% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly, 40% Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil and 40% Pinot Meunier from Damery in the Marne Valley. The base year of this wine is 2019, a small portion of which was vinified in oak foudres. The blend contains 40% reserve wine, aged in a perpetual reserve system whereby every year a portion of the harvest tops up the reserve wine. Furthermore, some of the reserve wine is aged in magnum, which is labour-intensive and expensive but gives the finished product more freshness and precision.

The nose offers up notes of juicy apples and red berries. On the palate, it is rich, with lovely freshness and delicate notes of raspberry, finishing with a clean salinity.
A fantastic choice for aperitif, pâté en croûte, tapas, or a well-aged comté cheese.
