Grenache Blanc
Grenache Blanc is a white wine grape that produces full-bodied wine in northern Spain. It is loved for its intense flavours, higher alcohol content, and aromas similar to Chardonnay when aged in oak.
The primary aromas with green fruit and citrus notes, green apple, mango, lime zest, and white peach. Other flavours include delicate sweet notes of honeysuckle and cumin and baked apple. On the palate flavours of pear and herbal notes with a mineral finish. Grenache Blanc pairs very well with rich spicy ethnic dishes like Moroccan, Asian and Indian.
