Black Dog Hill vineyard is planted on classic chalky soil that is littered with ancient marine fossils, protected from the harshest weather by the South Downs. Chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier are coaxed into top-class wine by one of England's finest winemakers, Dermot Sugrue.
