Toad Oxford Organic Dry Gin 70cl is produced by The Oxford Artisan Distillery, the first certified organic grain-to-glass distillery in the UK. Founded by Tom Nicolson in the historical city of Oxford, the distillery's spirits are made with total provenance from seed-to-still using local organic farms to grow exclusive heritage grain. The grain is distilled in the centre of Oxford in bespoke handmade copper stills which Tom especially commissioned from South Devon Railway Engineering, being one of the last great coppersmiths in England. This gin is produced from organic rye grown especially in fields within 50 miles of Oxford, and includes Coriander, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Cubeb, Liquorice Root, Meadowsweet and Angelica Seed. This creates a classic juniper-forward 100% organic rye gin. This is a delicious gin which also helps support ancient methods of farming and encourages biodiversity in the Oxfordshire countryside.
