Domaine Chanson Pouilly Fuisse 2016
Pouilly Fuisse is a village of the Maconnais area located at the South of Burgundy region. This site is on a soil of Clay and limestone which helps to make a very tense Chardonnay wine with citrus aroma and a well balanced acidity. The colour is a pale yellow with very fresh aromas of white stone fruits and almond with a delicate minerality. The structure is well balanced with an intense texture and an intense acidity with generous finish.
