Bruno Paillard, the founder of the Champagne house, known for his focus on quality, long aging, and low dosage. Bruno Paillard was born in Reims in 1953. His lineage of brokers and growers in the two Grands Crus villages of Bouzy and Verzenay dates back to 1704. Following in the family’s footsteps, he started working as a broker in 1975, acquiring a deep and extensive knowledge of Champagne, and in 1981 he founded the Champagne house to create a different Champagne: one that would go beyond what existed in terms of purity and elegance.

Laurent Guyot is the long-serving Cellar Master (Chef de Caves) for Champagne Bruno Paillard, working alongside the founder Bruno Paillard and his daughter Alice Paillard to create the house's signature elegant champagnes, handling the crucial winemaking and blending process, ensuring quality from grapes to bottle for this prestigious independent Champagne house.
